After all of the rumors, Activision has now confirmed it will be releasing Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 later this year.  Only a small teaser for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 was revealed. Activision will showcase more about the game on April 26th. We may see the first gameplay footage for the game then. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will once again be developed by Treyarch. The developer has made a name for itself when it started the Black Ops series back in 2010.  With how Activision releases Call of Duty games every year, it's safe to say we can expect to see Black Ops 3 in November.
