The idea behind History Pin is to scan and upload old photos—well, not just any old photos but ones featuring historic people or places. My husband and I were in London during John Kennedy's visit in the 1960's and I'm sure we have a photo of him on a balcony. So, I will look for it and upload the photo and write a story.

The photos there already will bring back memories and you might even find one of your home town.
