Microsoft’s affordable flagship Lumia 830 is coming to New Zealand.

The device is the first Windows phone to use Spark’s new 700MHz spectrum, which delivers Microsoft says delivers ‘blistering’ fast 4G speeds in more places.

Spark says 4G is changing the way people use their phones, allowing them to do more online, in more places, and at faster speeds. “It really is allowing them to unleash the potential of their phones and of themselves.”

The Lumia 830 is the thinnest and lightest Lumia in the flagship range. The handset comes pre-loaded with Windows Phone 8.1 including the new Lumia Denim update, and is packing a range of Lumia innovations including wireless charging, Optimised Image Stabilisation and SensorCore.

The Lumia 830 is expected to be available in New Zealand with Spark from 13 November.
