Is there anything worse than arriving at your local coffee spot early in the morning to try and get your morning pick me up, only to be held up by the person that requires the 'extra hot, triple shot, skinny decaf latte'? TechDay thinks not.

Apparently coffee shop giants Starbucks agree with us and have decided to launch a coffee pre-order app later this year so you can breeze into your local store and pick up your hazelnut frappe without a moments delay.

Although the finer details are being kept under wraps Endgadget has confirmed that the company is currently testing the app.

The service will let you order before you reach the store, there is currently no information about custom requests as yet but you should be able to order standard drinks from the menu without any hold up first thing in the morning.
