You've read about the unique multiplayer component of SEGA's upcoming Aliens vs. Predator, and come the end of the week, you should be able to try it out for yourself.

Although no official announcement has been made for New Zealand, a multiplayer demo for Aliens vs. Predator is confirmed to hit Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network in other territories (including Australia) before the end of the week.

According to a newsletter from www.gameswarehouse.com.au, the demo will allow players to test out all three species in a deathmatch mode on one map (Refinery). The newsletter claims the demo will be available from February 4th.
