Forza horizon 2 revs up with Fast and Furious DLC

Xbox and Universal has announced a special DLC that will bring Fast & Furious cars into Forza Horizon 2.

The DLC will be called "Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious" and is a standalone adventure. You don't even need to own a copy of Forza Horizon 2 to enjoy this DLC.

The best part about Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious is that the DLC will be offered for free for a limited time. To coincide with the release of Furious 7, the DLC will be free for Xbox One and Xbox 360 customers from March 27th until April 10th. After that time period, the DLC will cost $14.99.

“Forza is synonymous with racing and fun, so it’s only natural for us to work with one of the most celebrated automotive entertainment franchises in the world,” said Phil Spencer, head of Xbox.  “This is a great way to bring Forza players into the world of Fast & Furious, and in Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious, every fan will get a chance to go wheels-first into the exciting action of the Fast & Furious franchise.”

Players will be able to complete many game challenges and unlock different cars in this DLC. You will be racing in the exotic location of South France which is inspired by both the Fast & Furious films, as well as Forza's enjoyable gameplay.

The car list includes:

1970 Dodge Charger R/T Fast & Furious Edition

2012 Nissan GT-R Fast & Furious Edition

1998 Toyota Supra Fast & Furious Edition

2014 Maserati Ghibli S Fast & Furious Edition

1970 Plymouth Road Runner Fast & Furious Edition

2015 Dodge Charger R/T Fast & Furious Edition
