In news sure to please retro game fans, Sega has announced it will re-release classic 90s arcade racer Daytona USA.

Almost 20 years after its debut, the classic title has received a new lick of paint and will be available for download via Xbox Live Arcade on October 26, and on the Playstation Network in late November.

In its newest incarnation, the remake of the 1993 arcade game has improved graphics, online multi-player, and will support steering wheel controllers for both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
