Samsung has invited Techday to share some 'BIG' news in Auckland next week, but given that we hate surprises, we'll share it now…
The South Korean company will reveal the new Samsung Galaxy S4 on March 15, more or less in unison with it's signature launch in New York, labelled 'Samsung Unpacked 2013 Episode 1.' That's what we've surmised from an invitation which asks 'Ready 4 The Show'.
The world has been awash with Galaxy S4 news since before time began, or at least since February this year, and even before Luke Skywalker found out the identity of his real dad.
With the gadget as eagerly anticipated as the Royal Baby (with the only potential difference being Wills and Kate's refusal thus far to launch a media event for the birth), what do we know of the S4?
The rumour mill has indicated that it will be bigger, have eye-scrolling technology and shift around ten million products per months after it's launch. Specs-wise, look forward to a 13-megapixel camera, a 1.8GHz quad core processor and 2GB RAM, among other things.
The whole world knows what will happen next week, to the point of even knowing what it will look like, but the key questions for Antipodeans include much will it cost and when, exactly, can we have it in New Zealand?
Answers Samsung is, for now, keeping under wraps.
