Microsoft New Zealand has announced that Kinect will be sold at stores nationwide from November 18th, with 15 supported titles available at launch.

Kiwi gamers will have the option of purchasing a standalone Kinect sensor for $229 or a bundle including the new 250GB Xbox 360 S, the Kinect sensor and Kinect Adventures software for $599. Another bundle, consisting of a 4GB Xbox 360 S console, the Kinect sensor and Kinect Adventures will retail for $499.

"This November, we will transform entertainment in New Zealand forever by making Kiwis the controller," said Frazer Scott, head of Xbox for Microsoft New Zealand. "Kinect for Xbox 360 makes you the controller and brings a whole new level of fun and interactivity with your Xbox 360. We have no doubt a whole new generation of consumers will jump into the controller free era, making it accessible to people who have never before picked up a game controller. We see it as an opportunity for families to come together, bridging the generation gap when it comes to technology."
