FYI, this story is more than a year old

A US company has started selling a special bra with a side pocket for women to store their cellphones, as well as other valuables like keys, cards and cash, while they’re out on the town.

Named after baby kangaroos because they live in their mothers’ pouches while they are growing, the JoeyBra comes in a leopard print design and in three sizes: small, medium and large.

The designers are two University students from Seattle named Mariah Gentry and Kyle Bartlow.

"JoeyBra was created for women who are constantly on the go and struggle to find a place to put their ID, keys, or phones,” the blurb on the JoeyBra site reads.

"Leaving these items at home can pose a safety risk, but with JoeyBra women will never have to worry [about] losing or damaging their valuables again.”

More styles and sizes are on the way according to a tweet from the company, as well as a special sports version.

Ladies - would you really want your phone under your arm while you were out on the town? And would you put up with a less flattering fit for the pleasure of going purse-free? And chaps - are you sick of carrying your other half’s stuff all night? Think this could be the solution, or just an excuse for her to carry more crap? Post your comments below.
