Rockstar has announced some new details about the upcoming Liars and Cheats and Undead Nightmare DLC packs for Red Dead Redemption.
Firstly, the Liars and Cheats pack will hit the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network on September 21st. According to the press release from Rockstar, the Liars and Cheats pack "focuses on expanding the Free Roam multiplayer experience as well as adding new modes to Competitive Multiplayer".
The pack brings some much-requested features to the Free Roam component, such as multiplayer Poker and Liar's Dice (previously limited to the single-player campaign only) and a new competitive multiplayer game type. It will also include content that was originally intended for its own release under the name of the 'Free Roam Pack'. Rockstar had to reconsider the release of a separate pack due to "the platform networks' restrictions on numbers of free packs". The full list of features included in the Liars and Cheats pack is as follows:
Multiplayer Poker and Liar's Dice Games
One of the most fan-requested features comes to multiplayer.
Multiplayer Horse Races
Ride out against your friends and foes online - with mounted combat guns blazing.

Posse up and take on the new Hideouts together to level up quickly.

Liars and Cheats will release on September 21st for approximately $20 on PlayStation Network and for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE.
