Kim Dotcom's extradition hearing has once again been hit by delays, as Supreme Court issues wrangle on.

The Megaupload founder, facing copyright charges in the US, nows looks set to face the court in mid-November, although it could be as late as April 2014.

Hearings in the North Shore District Court have faced a string of delays as Dotcom's lawyers fight to see evidence the Crown and FBI have against the now-Kiwi resident.

Delaying the hearing for a fourth time, Dotcom will instead face the Supreme Court on July 30, hoping to overrule the Court of Appeals decision to not grant his legal team access to the evidence.

Whether a direct reaction to the news or simply a typical Dotcom tweet, the internet mogul took to the social media site to urge Kiwis to "fight for our rights."

"To all Kiwis, DO NOT allow the #GCSB to spy on New Zealanders. STOP the new #GCSB & #TICS bills. Let's fight for our rights," he tweeted.

Followed by: "The PM gave me a message via one of his MPs: "I have no axe to grind. It's the US doing this." I know what you did John. Stop lying & fix it."
