Yesterday reports came through in the afternoon that some Orcon customers were experiencing a loss of their broadband service.
“A number of customers on our Orcon+ (LLU) network are experiencing loss of broadband service,” said the company.
“Our engineers are rebooting the card causing the problem overnight to fix the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience.”
The firm says the issue has now been resolved.
Earlier in the day customers in the Auckland area were said to also be experiencing authentication issues. These have also been fixed.
