Sony has announced the official price for the PlayStation VR headset in New Zealand.  PlayStation NZ just confirmed on Twitter that the PlayStation VR headset will cost NZ$629.95 RRP. It will be available in the month of October 2016, but no exact release date was given yet.  The headset is somewhat more affordable than both the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. Both the latter devices will cost around NZ$1000 if you include shipping and other costs.  Sony also revealed that a version of Star Wars Battlefront is also coming to the PlayStation VR headset later this year. Pre-order information will be announced at a later date.
