FYI, this story is more than a year old

Pros: The V193WB is a widescreen model with a simple set of control buttons on the bottom right-hand corner. Build quality is good, and the unit sits on a solid base. DVI and D-Sub are supported, and the V193WB’s automatic calibration was sharp and quick. The menu structures are quite simple. Screen geometry and colour reproduction were crisp and presented well.

Cons: The buttons are labelled, but with black engraving on black plastic, which does make them rather difficult to read unless you’re very close to the monitor.

Verdict: Average.
