Review: Mophie Juice Pack Powerstation Duo

When you’re on the go and running low on phone (or tablet) battery it can be one of the most frustrating things to happen to you.

Especially when you know you won’t be able to charge your phone and you will be needing it.

Sometimes having a battery pack on hand can be a real lifesaver and the Mophie Juice Pack Powerstation Duo portable battery pack is an example of just that type of product.

With a 6000mAh capacity and two USB ports, the pack can be used to charge two devices at once and when completely full can charge a smartphone up to four times.

It’s definitely a handy product to have if you’re constantly on the run without access to power and when you are finding yourself always plugging your phone in when you get the chance.

* 6000mAh capacity means up you can charge a phone up to 4 times on a full charged of the powerstation.

* Two USB ports allow you to charge two devices at a time.

* Button allows you to check the battery charge status during charging and use.

* Accessories include a free microUSB cable.

* Battery pack is lightweight and portable.

* Can take a while to charge the battery pack itself, especially if you have a low output adaptor or using a laptop to charge it. Even on a high output device it takes around 12 hours or more.

* Occasionally when a phone is plugged into the phone, it takes a while to register the charge output, which could be a cable issue.

* Battery pack can’t be put into your pocket but would fit into a bag.

If you have more than one mobile device that you use daily and find yourself running out of battery almost everyday, this product is ideal investment to help you along the day and make sure you always have battery power to keep you mobile.

The only downside is that it does take awhile to charge and it would have been great to have an adaptor which could charge it up quickly.
