Twitter has updated its Twitter for Mac app for the first time since its release earlier this year. According to information from Twitter, new features include:

• View multiple timelines at once in separate windows. So you can view your home timeline, @mentions list, multiple accounts etc., at the same time 
• A separate 'new tweet' button
• Improved DM conversation design
• Hashtag auto-complete
