The Warehouse is building on its entry into the mobile world, launching new combo packs to reel in new customers.
Warehouse Mobile, The Warehouse’s new mobile brand, has launched Pick’n Go packs, which allow custoers to choose any combination of call text and data packs.
Tania Benyon, CEO - Group Sourcing Support and Merchandise of The Warehouse, says the addition of Pick’n Go on top of its existing low rates means even more flexibility for customers; with an offer to suit every kind of prepay user.
“Since entering the market last year Kiwis have been loving our simple, flexible and great value mobile rates,” she says.
“Now with Pick’n Go, customers can also choose a combination of text, talk and data that best suits their mobile habits, which means they’re not left with extra add-ons they don’t need,” Benyon explains.
“For example customers who love texting may choose the $4 unlimited text pack. The pack is simply purchased from a customer’s prepay balance, leaving the remaining credit to be used any way they like on our 4c p/min and 6c p/MB rates,” she says.
“Similarly, a customer who loves to talk could choose the $4, 110min talk pack or even two of these packs. Their text and data rates would remain on our 2c and 6c rates, and once they’ve used their 110mins, their voice rates will revert back to the 4c p/min rate.
“Finally, if a customer is big on data use they could choose to buy two data packs,” Benyon says.
“Until the end of May that would be 1000MB of data for $8. Their rates for calls and text would of course remain on our 2c and 4c rates,” she explains.
Warehouse Mobile’s number range is 0284 and numbers can be ported from other providers. SIMs and handsets are available from all The Warehouse stores, and top ups will be available at normal outlets such as petrol stations and dairies.
Customers can choose any combination of the following. All packs last 31 days from date of purchase or until fully used.
- 4 unlimited NZ text pack
- 4 110min NZ call pack
- 8, 500Mb data pack which is available for $4 until the end of May as an introductory offer
